QUARTIS Scheduling, a graphic and dynamic Wall Schedule representation

Linked to an OSYS workshop management application, the production events (operation start / end / suspension, problems, breakdowns, quantity produced, etc.) supply and update the schedule automatically for an unlimited period

Alarms that you can configure are then triggered to warn against anomalies (delays, unauthorised overlapping, incorrect operation sequencing, etc.).

In the Planning version, authorised people may then arbitrate and intervene on milestones, rate, quantity, allocation to a replacement workstation, create or modify existing operations and so on.

In the Consultation version, the client stations view the task milestones via the company's IT network.

The tasks may be filtered according to customisable criteria in order to only view those that concern an article, an order, a customer, a work order or any characteristics.
In the same way, the resources may be filtered by workstation, island, workshop, type of tool, group of machines and so on.

The QUARTIS Scheduling offer is a workshop sequencing tool. This tool is based on the real time wall schedule principle.
