BarometreRH.com, the first human resources barometer
BarometreRH.com is the fruit of a partnership between the education world represented by the ESSCA and the professional world represented by BODET Software.

BarometreRH.com is the first Human Resources barometer to look at SME as well as major French groups.
The purpose of this Barometer is to answer the following question: What type of HRD are you?
To implement this, Bodet, the leader in human resources solutions, and the ESSCA Group have joined forces to carry out a major survey with French HRDs every year.
Using a complete and developing questionnaire we seek to define the role and position of Human Resources professionals at the heart of economic activity.
This is an innovative approach which provides an overview of the HR role and paints a faithful portrait of the HRD today.
This first edition of this barometer began in 2008 with the participation of 113 managers / HRDs. In 2009 360 people took part. You can see 2009's results at www.barometrerh.com.
We hope that these results will provide you with answers to your expectations.
In 2010 nearly 700 managers / HRD took part in the survey. We are currently analysing the results, so please sign up now to be the first to receive the results summary.
IBM HRD Alliance Club: The alliance club is an initiative by IBM to promote the Saas application.
